Latichia Duffy is our Part-time Animal Control Officer. Her hours are Monday – Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. You may reach her by calling Osceola City Hall at (417) 646-8421 during her working hours.
She has been with the City of Osceola for several years.
